You’d think Warner Bros. wouldn’t want to evoke another film whose on-the-rise, young actor died during production, but every time I’d see Heath Ledger as The Joker on a billboard, especially the ads that looked bleak and desaturated, I couldn’t help but think of Brandon Lee.
