I really thought I was going to get that part, but I suppose I don’t hate Wil Wheaton (anymore) because I didn’t. In fact, the more I read and hear about all the cool things he’s done, the more I want to have a beer with him and talk nerdy about things like classic coin-ops and comic books.

Some readers might remember that the last time a character snapped like this was when TiVo malfunctioned way back in JEFBOT.14.

Special thanks for help with this strip’s Spanish translation goes to talented actress/singer/songwriter, Ali. Gracias, Ali! I should probably also send thanks to Caroline, a friend from high school who would always repeat a phrase from Spanish class, “Yo tengo ocho paraguas.” So now that’s one of the few phrases from Spanish 101 that I actually remember. Glad I finally found a use for it.

I can’t even count the auditions I’ve gone out on that were just completely wrong for me. The Spanish-speaking ones do pop up from time to time (due to me, inexplicably, being mistaken for a Latino), but the funny thing is, I’ve gotten pretty good at faking it!
