glad you liked the title, Maryz! it was either that or a less punny one and it looks like i chose wisely.
and yes, you do have quite a few good points but jefbot feels he lost the girl, which trumps all other considerations, at least for the moment.

CF is speaking very well giving the fact that he’s VERY deep into geographie.
my original sketch had the Cornfather turned to the side so his mouth would be clear to speak, Cemalidor, but his face down in the sand made a much stronger visual gag, so i went with that and sacrificed the more believable sound physics.

First off: The name of this strip made me giggle. Awesome.
Me thinks JB needs a hug, but then again the only person that would make him feel better with a hug right now, probably would be Cel. I see the moon again in every panel! And I like how you added the fuzzy backdrop of houses and such in the last panel. Cheer up EmoBot, everything will get better! If not, he can always write and/or record a country music song (or pop, or whatever it would be that Mr. JB listens to. 
) that could quite possibly be a hit! 
I’m quite antisocial myself, even though I’m a Leo. (They’re supposed to be the life of the party.. not I.) So I can definitely relate to him with his last statement. CF’s naked feets need to be tickled! Maybe then, he would sober up a bit.
jefbot can always use a hug, Spanky! but yeah, especially from cel right about now. heheh. glad you liked the title. that one just kind of came to me at the last minute before uploading.
we haven’t really gotten into jefbot’s musical tastes but i have a couple strips on just that topic in my “ideas” file. they’ll probably get produced before we hit strip #200, but let’s just say that he does indeed like country, among other genres.
you get an antisocial fist bump too, Spanky! and yes, maybe jefbot should turn Musashi loose on those feet. heheh.

well, if he’s anything like me (heheh), jefbot’s more into twitter than facebook, but that could be changing.
I love the title, too! Perfect for the clever and always appropriate jefbot! Poor jefbot. Life does get tough when one must be social. But once Cel sorts out her personal issues with the aliens, she’ll be back. So don’t get too down, jefbot!

So funny! I think you really captured the Cornfathers “staying power”… I love the last frame of The Cornfather face down in the sand with the beautiful beach sky line slightly blurred in the back ground with that awesome moon! Rock it out!

I’ve been wondering how long it was going to be before he brought up the fact that he was antisocial again ever since the start of the beach party storyline. That said, some day, cel’s going to ask him if he’s antisocial and he’s totally going to deny it.
ha! although… it did take a lot of effort to get cel to go to the beach party, Thin, and she didn’t interact much with almost anyone but jefbot (and Mu and the Cornfather, of course). maybe she’s antisocial too?
I know you don’t have the new strip up at the moment, but within heading over here to check if it was.. I stumbled across some changes you’ve made! Love that turkey! (Kinda like robot chicken, only it’s robot turkey?

thanks for noticing the turkey, Spanky! sometimes the updates to that banner take a while to propagate to people’s browsers since the old versions hang out in the cache, so it’s nice to know you’re seeing it.
and yeah, i think i’ll use that “billboard” space to point out fun stuff on the site, instead of only using it for movie propaganda.
