I believe CF did the screaming, because he screams like that. Or at least he has in past strips. That is how I narrowed it down. *shrug*

@Jeff:

I think part of it may be that Jefbot’s head is at an angle that my brain labels as “impossible”, or at the very least uncomfortable.
He looks like his forehead is a little too far forward.
