Coming to the fame quite late, but I can’t just sit here and watch all the balderdash being perpetrated against ferrets. So:

(1) It’s a good drawing, but the kits REALLY ARE THAT CUTE.
(2) properly trained ferrets are not “bitey.” My guys never bit anyone (except the cat, but he slapped Gawain first).
(3) Pet ferrets only stink if they’re not clean. They have their musk glands removed at birth. Clean ferrets have a mild, pleasant musky aroma.
(4) Hamsters are easy to keep away from ferrets. Put the hamster cage on a smooth-legged table with no tablecloth.
(5) Ferrets can wreak havoc, but if you know what you’re doing, it’s relatively easy to ferret-proof a house.

I had an adopted Humpback as a kid named Crystal (male) so named cause his mom was Salt do to a large white patch on her tail

last i heard he had Sired a Calf so woot but that was about 10 years ago
