JEFBOT.105_A Christmas Bow
This one’s for all you JEFbot readers who are Lord of the Rings (and/or Legolas) fans.
Over the weekend, I was fortunate enough to attend a party where Santa made an appearance. I’m pretty sure the adults were just as ecstatic as the children. Check it out:

Another awesome strip! And I would have to say that the adults seemed more excited to be in the presence (and in the lap) of Santa. I would have to say that Cornfather makes one of *the best* Santa’s I have ever seen. Can’t wait for The Christmas Bat! happy holidays to you, too, SoankyMcBubbles!!! we only just put up the Christmas tree at my parent’s, so the Christmas Bat hasn’t had time to spin his tinsel nest, but when he does, i’ll be sure and take some photos! oh, and i think much of “The Cornfather’s” santa suit was a costume for a short film he did, which is why it looks so good.

i tried to tell you: michael’s serious when it comes to santa, Stan! and yes, nerds do pretty much rule.
Dress the Cornfather more like Father Christmas (http://imagecache2.allposters.com/images/pic/BEN/AB0328~Father-Christmas-Posters.jpg) and you have your Gandalf.
jefbot’s enthusiasm in the 2nd panel is really really excellent. The extra thick outline works so well and it may seem dumb to say, but you consistently get better at his shirt.
well, we’d have a rather large gandalf… d’oh! back on the naughty list!
but yeah, maybe CornFather Christmas will have to make an appearance someday. and man, i spend a lot of time (probably too much) on the wrinkles and shading of jefbot’s shirt and am constantly tweaking about with how to draw it, so you noticing something you like and calling it out is much appreciated and not dumb at all.

I was Santa at a school once, I asked “Is this because I’m fat and hairy?” and they where like “No….it’s because you’re…jolly?” It was fun anyway

hey, did you give cornfathers his present, did he like it? (was it funny or only funny to me?) also, your lucky we had brunch first or i woulda stabbed you for opening everybodys presents before they did! it made me so mad!!! ps. did you spray michael in the face w/the reich guard?
he liked it, but was kinda horrified by it at the same time. and no, i didn’t spray him in the face with the deodorant. you can do that the next time you see him.
